DIARY: 04 October with Ntuthuko Shezi

It’s a choosy chilly Tuesday. It feels like winter has just started all over again. As I walk into the studio, Azizzar is complaining to Benjamin about leaving the studio door open, because it would have been warmer by then.

The Arch Bishop of Radio rushes in shouting “Don’t ask…Don’t ask…Don’t ask…” as he gets ready to have a sizzling show even though it’s cold outside.

We get on the trends with our daily feature called #WhatNow…Azizzar on the newspapers, giving us what’s on the front pages of the Sowetan, The Times and Business Day and Benjamin on what’s trending on twitter. He also touches on Pitso Mosimane, who’s the Mamelodi Sundowns coach, about how he and his team were in trouble for warming up on the wrong side of the soccer pitch. I didn’t know it mattered where you do your warm ups as a team – It’s all a playing field anyway, but hey.

Sbu gets on Benji’s case about how he believes JCole’s twitter account was hacked but not Minister Fikile Mbalula when Mbalula’s account allegedly posted a naked lady. Makes me wonder what would be posted on my behalf should my account ever be hacked.

The Arch Bishop of Radio himself has been friendzoned! He needs advise from the listeners on how he needs to handle this situation. It’s easy to get into the friend zone; getting out is a mission.

Ntuthuko Shezi is in studio today. He’s the Founder & CEO at Livestock Wealth. He is a 36-year-old Electro-Mechanical Engineer who began his career as a strategy consultant at Accenture. After five years of management consulting, Shezi left the corporate world to follow his entrepreneurship ambitions.

He escaped the friendzone and put a ring on her finger. Today they’re happily married with kids!

“Keeping cows is easy if you know what you’re doing, as long as there’s enough grass and water,” says Shezi.

The Arch then says he has land that’s half of Rosebank and wraps up the interview with Ntuthuko Shezi by saying they should talk and hopefully partner together for some potential business.

Getting into the Story Behind The Story with Benjamin Leshoro talking about boxing and how it should be independent just like soccer. He looks into How boxing no longer has a lot of supporters, sponsorship and promoters. Whether the issue is boxing gyms or airtime on television but it’s not the government because it’s people who should make the contribution.

Breaking the new HHP ft Lon Joh called Ngotha! Such a feel good jam with that summer vibe element. Jabbaman has that unique voice that drives me crazy!

We then cross over to Vanessa and Kede, finding out what should be expected on their shows.

This was the #DJSbuBreakfast with the Arch on Vuma FM and Rise FM!
